The Oviatt

The Oviatt Building is the most famous rooftop penthouse in Los Angeles. The first of its kind, this gorgeous space with quaint Art Deco features was the brainchild and home of James Oviatt (1888-1974). It has a capacity for 120 guests, and there is a bridal suite, Art Deco bathroom, cocktail lounge and historical bar and the rooftop terrace with lounge furniture.

Venue 650 is a central Florida location located between Tampa and Orlando in the city of Winter Haven. The location is steeped in rich history. “At the printing press” reflects Winter Haven’s first newspaper circa 1911.
